About the Position

We are now looking for a student support assistant (elevresurs) to support a student during the autumn term of 2026. This is a hourly position covering work during the school day.

As a student support assistant, you will play an important role in the student's daily life by being a safe, stable, and supportive adult in both educational and social contexts. You will be close to the student throughout the school day, helping to create structure, security, and a conducive study environment, while also supporting the student in participating in lessons and activities based on their individual needs.

We are looking for someone who is calm, perceptive, and relationship-building, with a natural ability to collaborate with students, guardians, and school staff. You must be flexible, responsible, and have a positive attitude when interacting with children and young people.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with teaching teachers and other school staff to create the best possible conditions for the student's development and well-being.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is secure, calm, and relationship-building, with a genuine interest in working with children and young people.

You:

• Have experience working with children or students, preferably in school or after-school care settings.
• Are perceptive, flexible, and have good teamwork skills.
• Can create security, structure, and good relationships in the student's daily life.
• Have the ability to support the student both in educational and social situations.
• Are responsible and recognize the importance of being a stable and positive adult role model.
