As a DevOps Engineer, you will step into a software organization facing an exciting development leap. You will become part of a small group that drives DevOps work forward together, creating structures, working methods, and technical solutions. You will work closely with both software teams, team leads, and the management group, acting as a bridge between strategy and practice. You contribute with an understanding of software development, CI/CD, and system perspectives while driving improvement initiatives that strengthen delivery capability, quality, and collaboration. The environment includes both newer technology and older solutions, requiring curiosity, pedagogical skills, and a pragmatic approach. Examples of tasks:
- Drive and develop DevOps initiatives together with software teams
- Support the organization with questions regarding CI/CD, tools, and working methods
- Act as a spokesperson for DevOps towards the management group and change forums
- Contribute to long-term planning and technical direction
- Work closely with developers, team leads, and systems engineers
- At least two years of work experience in similar tasks
- Programming experience in C, C++, or Python
- Valid driver's license (B) (travel to other locations may occur)
- You show drive and take initiative
- You meet teams with openness and understanding
- You explain technology and change in a pedagogical way
