About the role
As an Account Manager at Scania Bemanning, you will primarily focus on prospecting new clients, scheduling and following up on meetings, closing deals, and strengthening and managing existing customer relationships. We are proud of our clients and partners, and we want them to know it!

We would like you to have
- Previous experience working as an Account Manager in a similar company
- Previous experience with public procurement
- Previous work experience targeting warehousing, logistics, industry, and/or production
- A valid driver's license (Category B) and access to a car
What you will do here
As an Account Manager, you are the hub at Scania Bemanning. You work closely with owners, colleagues, and partners. Your responsibilities include:
- Joint kick-off meetings with our clients, where you help define the competency and attraction profile for the role to be recruited, together with the responsible Consultant Manager.
- Monitoring the external environment to find the best solutions for our current and prospective clients.
- Responsible for finding new sustainable collaborations and clients.
- Supporting colleagues as needed, for example with handling applications, test results, and reference checks.
- Ensuring excellent delivery together with the rest of the team.
- Challenging and developing our working methods to drive Scania Bemanning to become the most obvious local player in recruitment and staffing.
About you
We are looking for you who have experience in sales, preferably within warehousing, logistics, or the industrial sector. You want to be a key person in a young company where you help develop our daily work. You should also have a genuine interest in growth! The most important thing is that you, like Scania Bemanning, are not afraid to try new paths to achieve better results and collaborations. We see that you are solution-oriented and have a positive basic attitude. You possess strong social skills, are empathetic and curious, while also having great drive and a large network.
