About the role

We are currently looking for an IT Support Technician who wants to work broadly with support and operations at a growing company in Solna. This role is perfect for you if you thrive in dialogue with colleagues and enjoy solving problems both independently and collaboratively.

You will become part of a small IT team with close collaboration and short decision-making paths. Here, we help each other, share knowledge, and take joint responsibility for ensuring that the daily IT operations run smoothly. The culture is flat and solution-focused, with great trust in individual competence.

Main responsibilities

In this role, you will work with IT support at the first and second line levels for the company's employees. You will handle ongoing support cases, troubleshooting, and administration in a modern IT environment with a focus on Windows and Microsoft cloud services. The work is close to the business operations, and you play a key role in creating a secure and functional IT daily life for your colleagues.

In addition to daily support, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improvement work, documentation, and the development of working methods and routines. The role is broad and suits you if you appreciate variety and want to influence how IT support develops over time.

Who are you?

Qualifications

Education and Language:

• Relevant education in IT, systems science, or computer science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Technical Competence (Requirements):

• Experience with IT support, first line and second line.
• Good knowledge of Windows clients, Windows Server, M365, and SharePoint.
• Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and peripheral equipment.
• Experience with user account management, permission administration, and system support in a corporate environment.
• Basic understanding of IT security, patching, and secure routines.
• Basic networking knowledge such as IP addresses, dynamic and static assignment, and internal and external traffic.

Meritorious:

• In-depth networking knowledge within DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall basics.
• Experience with Dynamics, SharePoint development, or M365 administration.
• Knowledge of PowerShell or simpler scripting.
• Experience with documentation and understanding of requirement processes.

• Self-directed and structured with good organizational skills.
• Solution-oriented, flexible, and proactive, as well as confident in asking when something is unclear.
• Good communication skills and ability to explain technology in an understandable way.

• Opportunity for on-call duties or work outside regular office hours if needed.
• Office location in Solna with the possibility of some remote work according to agreement.
• Valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
• Swedish citizenship is required.
