We have a high volume of requests from our clients and are now looking for an additional colleague and partner who wants to work with recruitment and consultant placement as an independent business owner.

We are specialists in specialists and operate within HR, IT, Finance, and Sales & Marketing.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have at least three years of recruitment experience, but to succeed in this role, your social and business skills are crucial. Being able to structure your workday and having natural self-leadership will help you achieve results faster.

You are driven by creating synergies between people and companies. Your DNA for success lies in meeting people, companies, and businesses where you are the natural, safe person to turn to on a daily basis.

NXT Interim & NXT Recruitment operates primarily within IT, HR, and Finance. It is an advantage if you are a specialist in one of these areas yourself.

In your daily work, you are involved in the entire recruitment process and assist with requirement profiles, create job ads, coach in employer branding, search, interviews, tests, and background checks. We act as advisors and sounding boards for our clients and candidates.
