This is a role for you if you want more than "just coding". You will follow projects from start to finish and be involved in the entire development chain – from needs analysis to delivery and further development. You will work closely with both colleagues and customers, with good support from experienced developers.

The tasks mainly consist of:

• Working fullstack – from backend to frontend, with UX elements
• Dialogue with customers to understand needs and translate them into sustainable solutions
• Planning and structuring assignments, including time estimation
• Contributing to architecture and design decisions
• Quality assurance through testing and structured deployment
• Further development, maintenance, and support of solutions

It is a big plus if you are confident in dialogue with customers or wish to develop in that direction.

Requirements:

• At least two years of work experience in programming
• Post-secondary education in data/programming (can be replaced with more work experience)
• Good experience with C#, or alternatively Java with a willingness to learn C#
• Knowledge of frontend development
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing, good command of English

Meritorious experience:

• Been driving customer projects
• API integrations
• Infrastructure in Azure
• Use of AI as a tool
• Interest in UX

The company is a well-established firm with long experience in digitalization and system development. They currently have a stable customer base and have been active in the industry since the 90s. The company is located centrally in Lund, very close to Lund C.

The working method varies depending on the customer and project – either working as pure resource support in a customer's team or as the customer's external development department, where they either develop the customer's services or their internal tools.
