Masaki Sushi i Borås AB is looking for an Asian chef for Asian Fusion Alingsås located at Stora Torget 4, 441 30 Alingsås.

We are looking for you who have experience in Asian cooking and want to work in a kitchen with a high tempo, good quality, and clear routines.

The duties include, among other things, preparing Asian dishes according to the restaurant's menu, such as hot dishes, sushi, wok, and other Asian specialties. You will also work with the preparation of ingredients, rice, fish, meat, vegetables, and sauces, and be responsible for ensuring that the food maintains good taste, proper presentation, and consistent quality.

The job also involves following routines for food hygiene and self-control, keeping the kitchen clean and organized, and collaborating with other staff in the kitchen and service.

We are looking for you who have experience working as a chef in an Asian restaurant. You should have knowledge of Asian cooking, ingredients, and preparation techniques. Experience with sushi, wok, or other Asian fusion food is an advantage.

You need to be able to work independently, take responsibility for your tasks, and work efficiently even during periods of high tempo.

You need to be able to communicate in daily work in at least one of the following languages: Swedish, English, Chinese, or Vietnamese.
