Our client, a leading player in the care sector, is looking for an engaged Onsite IT Support Specialist. You will work closely with the operations team to ensure that the IT environment runs stably and efficiently.
About the Role
As an Onsite IT Support Specialist for our client, you will become a vital part of the IT organization and a key person in ensuring that employees receive fast and professional on-site assistance. You will work closely with the business operations and contribute to enabling the care company to focus on what matters most – providing safe and high-quality care.
This is initially a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client. Read more about our consulting offer.

Responsibilities
The role involves providing technical support on-site and remotely to employees, and collaborating with the rest of the IT team to ensure smooth operation of our client's IT environment.
- Act as second-line support for the internal service desk.
- Provide Onsite support to users at the office in Stockholm.
- Manage permissions and accounts in Microsoft 365, Google Workplace, Citrix, and Azure.
- Work efficiently in ticket management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with computers, printers, networks, and other IT-related problems.
- Install and configure computers, software, and peripheral equipment.
- Support mobile devices such as iPhones and Android devices.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in IT support, service desk, or a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Windows environments and Office 365.
- Basic understanding of networking.
- Experience working with ticket management systems.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical solutions in simple terms.
It is an advantage if you have
