We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented Night Receptionist for our hotel operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys night shifts and has the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

As the Night Receptionist, you are the hotel's primary point of contact during the night hours, ensuring that guests receive professional treatment and a safe, well-functioning stay.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling of payments and cash register reporting
• Booking management
• Answering phones and emails
• Performing administrative tasks
• Ensuring fire and safety procedures are followed
• Handling guest inquiries and unforeseen situations during the night

The work takes place at night and on weekends.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we look for the following:

• Experience from the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or similar role
• Alternatively, experience from other service professions
• Education in hospitality and tourism is an advantage
• Good computer skills and experience with digital systems
• Advantageous knowledge of booking systems such as Mews, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, HMS, or similar
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written (additional languages are an advantage)
• You have a clean criminal record
