We are looking for a responsible and service-oriented night receptionist for our hotel operations. This position is ideal for you if you enjoy night shifts and have the ability to work independently with a high degree of responsibility.

As the night receptionist, you are the hotel's primary point of contact during the night hours, ensuring that guests receive professional treatment and a safe, well-functioning stay.

Responsibilities:

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling payments and cash register reporting
• Reservation management
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Performing administrative tasks
• Ensuring fire and safety routines are followed
• Handling guest inquiries and unforeseen situations during the night

The work takes place at night and on weekends.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Experience from the hotel industry, preferably as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Alternatively, experience from other service professions
• Education in hospitality and tourism is an advantage
• Good computer skills and experience with digital systems
• Advantageous knowledge of booking systems such as Mews, Opera Cloud, Hotsoft, HMS, or similar
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal (additional languages are an advantage)
• You have a clean criminal record
