Görvälns Slott is beautifully located by Lake Mälaren in Järfälla, within a nature reserve just 25 km from Stockholm Central Station. Are you our new Head Waiter/Restaurant Manager?
Do you have a solid background in the restaurant industry? A burning interest in food, drink, and sustainable gastronomy? If you see yourself as a leader with high demands on your product, yourself, and your colleagues, then we are looking for you.
We prefer that you have at least 3 years of experience in supervisory positions in similar operations, as well as at least 5 years of experience in the restaurant industry. Passion for your profession and service is a given, and you have an interest in building strong long-term customer relationships and taking care of regular guests. A Sommelier education is considered an asset but not a requirement.

The position is full-time, with shifts scheduled on a rolling basis during weekdays and weekends, varying between day and evening hours. Salary according to agreement. We naturally have a collective agreement. A driver's license and car, moped, or other vehicle is an advantage as it is a bit of a distance to the nearest bus stop.
