About the Role

As an employee here, you will work in an exciting environment where no two days are alike. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you are a key person in our daily operations. You will work in a team with varied tasks involved in the restaurant's daily operations. The role includes serving and greeting guests, ensuring that restaurant and serving areas maintain high standards, working in the kitchen preparing food such as burgers and french fries, as well as cash register duties where you are responsible for handling orders correctly and efficiently. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level, in terms of quality, pace, and service.

Who are you?

To thrive in this role, we look for someone who is service-oriented, has a cheerful and positive attitude, and enjoys a fast-paced environment. You have an interest in food and drink, but you do not need years of experience; the right attitude is what we seek, and we will train you for the rest! You are organized, like keeping things clean and tidy, and are willing to take on any task, big or small.

Qualifications:

• High level of service awareness and ease in connecting with new people.
• Enjoy working at a fast pace in an international environment.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Capable of commuting to and from the airport at all hours of the day.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Swedish.
• Swedish citizenship or permanent residence permit.
• Clean criminal record and law-abiding.
• Able to provide documentation proving your employment history for the past five years.

Other Information

This is a part-time position with working hours of 85%, 75%, 50%, or 20%. The work is distributed across all days of the week, including early mornings and evenings. You need to be able to commute to and from the airport almost around the clock, as our operations are open for most of the day, 365 days a year. The airport is a security-classified workplace, which requires a successful security clearance including background checks. There must also be no gaps in your employment history of more than 28 days, unless they can be documented. Please ensure that your employment for the last five years can be verified through certificates and documents, and prepare yourself before a potential interview.
