We are building something extraordinary: a brand-new Aspire Lounge at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. We are now looking for a Kitchen Assistant who wants to be there from the start and help create a kitchen operation where quality, order, and teamwork are at the center.

This role is perfect for you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to be a key part of the kitchen team. Although the job title is Kitchen Assistant, your main focus will be dishwashing, cleaning, and ensuring the kitchen is always well-organized and ready for service.

With more than 35 years of experience in first-class guest service, we offer comfort, quality, and elegance in a calm and sophisticated environment. We are now establishing the Aspire concept in Sweden for the first time and are looking for employees who want to help create something new.

As a Kitchen Assistant, you are a vital part of the kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations. This role is primarily a dishwashing and kitchen support position, where you are responsible for keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and functioning well throughout the workday.

You will work closely with the Head Chef, Kitchen Supervisor, and other kitchen colleagues. Through your work, you create the conditions for the kitchen to deliver a first-class dining experience to our guests.

In addition to dishwashing and cleaning, you will assist with simpler kitchen tasks, receive deliveries, and handle other practical duties as required by the business. We are a team that supports each other, where everyone contributes to the whole.

You are responsible for ensuring that dishes, kitchen equipment, and work surfaces remain clean and in good condition throughout the workday. You ensure that the kitchen is organized and that hygiene and safety procedures are always followed.

You help receive and unpack deliveries, ensure goods are stored correctly, and support the kitchen team with practical tasks when needed. Through your work, you contribute to an efficient workflow and high quality throughout the kitchen operation.

• Experience from restaurants, large-scale kitchens, hotels, or similar service operations is an advantage but not a requirement

• You are meticulous, responsible, and have a positive attitude

• You enjoy physical work and a varied work pace

• You have good teamwork skills and enjoy working in a team

• You can communicate in Swedish or English

• You can undergo and pass a security check for airport work
