The Role

We are currently looking for a receptionist at 80% availability, starting as agreed, preferably as soon as possible.

As a receptionist, you are the face of the hotel and are responsible for providing our guests with a warm and professional welcome from check-in to check-out. The role involves varying working hours, including day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Guest check-in and check-out
• Handling bookings and inquiries via phone and email
• Guest service and sales of hotel services
• Cash handling and administrative tasks
• Collaboration with other departments to create a first-class guest experience

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience working in a hotel reception
• Service-oriented, positive, and solution-focused
• Proficient in using hotel booking systems
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively when workload is high
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and a team player

Previous experience with hotel systems such as Clock PMS, Opera, or similar is considered an asset.
