As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you will become a central part of the delivery team and act as the link between technology and the customer. You will work with implementations, configuration, support, troubleshooting, and customer dialogue throughout the entire delivery process.

This role is perfect for you if you want to develop quickly, take significant personal responsibility, and build a deep understanding of how modern systems and digital solutions work. You will receive structured onboarding, close mentorship, and a clear development path towards a senior specialist role.

• Drive implementations from initiation to go-live

• Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements

• Configure and adapt systems to meet business needs

• Handle support cases and technical troubleshooting

• Test, quality assure, and deploy solutions

• Create documentation, guides, and internal processes

• Participate in demonstrations and pre-sales activities

• Work with integrations, APIs, and automations

• Educate and support users in system solutions

• Independently drive and follow up on your own deliveries

• Ensure high quality in implementations and support cases

• Document solutions, processes, and working methods

• Contribute to the development of internal routines and standards

• Gradually take greater responsibility for customer relationships and deliveries

• Fluent Swedish in both speech and writing

• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical people

• Ability to work on-site in Stockholm during the onboarding period
