We are now looking for a tool technician who wants to strengthen the tooling department for our client. The company develops and manufactures qualified plastic components in close collaboration with its industrial customers and is an important player within the Swedish manufacturing industry.

The operations are characterized by high technical competence and long experience in the development and manufacturing of products and systems based on polymeric materials such as plastic, silicone, TPE, and rubber. The customers are primarily found among larger, often global companies.

About the role

As a tool technician, you will become part of an experienced team in a welcoming and non-hierarchical work environment. Tasks and responsibilities

• Maintenance, repair, and adjustment of mold tools
• Troubleshooting and improvement of tools and processes
• Participation in projects related to development and efficiency
• Contribute technical competence to ensure high quality and operational reliability

Requirements

• Education as a toolmaker or tool technician
• Experience working with mold tools
• Knowledge in electricity and hydraulics
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
