Spacenter Göteborg is a company specializing in the sale of hot tubs, swim spas, and pools. We also provide on-site service for these products at our customers' homes. Our store, featuring a showroom and warehouse, is located at Stora Åvägen 17 in Sisjön.

We are currently looking for a new employee as a Service Technician. Your primary responsibilities will involve assisting customers at their homes with troubleshooting, repairs, maintenance, and new installations of hot tubs, swim spas, and pools.

Your duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Handling service cases with positive energy and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Delivering and installing hot tubs at customer locations.
• Building complete pool systems with pool covers.
• Troubleshooting and documenting repairs for hot tubs and pools with electrical faults or leaks.

You are self-motivated and responsible for planning, customer booking, and documenting completed jobs. Some days may involve working in our store.

• Customer-focused, always striving to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in verbal and written Swedish communication.

Relevant work experience in fields such as plumbing, construction, or electrical work, as well as previous industry experience, is considered an asset.

A valid Category B driver's license is required. A company car is included in the role.

The work area covers Gothenburg with a radius of approximately 50 km. The position is based out of the store or from home, depending on where you live.

The position is full-time or as agreed.
