Job Responsibilities

Öjaby Home Care is responsible for home care services in Öjaby and Gemla. With us, you will work both in the city and in the countryside. We travel by car between our care recipients, so we are looking for you who have a driver's license. Our work takes place in people's homes, where we provide support in daily life with everything from personal care and service tasks to health and medical care duties.

Part of our mission is to create quality of life, and sometimes that means something as simple and valuable as a walk in the sun together with a care recipient. We hope you want to become part of our team!

Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you need to:

• Have a certified nursing assistant education
• Hold a valid driver's license (required)
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• IT and computer skills are meritorious but not required
• Experience from home care is meritorious, but we also welcome those who are new to the profession

We are looking for someone who:

• Is confident in your professional role and enjoys working independently
• Has a flexible work style and is proactive
• Takes responsibility, has good cooperation skills, and is open to new challenges
