About the Role

As a Buyer, you are responsible for developing and ensuring high supplier performance within your area of responsibility. You work both operationally and strategically to initiate, drive, and follow up on activities that strengthen supplier collaborations and contribute to the organization's long-term goals.

In this role, you will lead cost-reduction initiatives, negotiate contracts, and collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and sustainable supplier solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

• Drive and develop supplier performance and delivery capability.
• Lead and execute cost-saving activities.
• Contribute to segment and procurement strategies within the Service Market.
• Establish and develop processes for supplier relationship management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives together with suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure successful supplier integration.
• Monitor market trends and analyze factors affecting availability and pricing.
• Collaborate with the business to identify needs and develop the supplier base.
• Ensure that agreed service levels are met and developed over time.

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who enjoys taking responsibility for driving work forward. You have a commercial and analytical approach to work and thrive on building relationships and collaborating with various stakeholders. We expect you to meet the following requirements:

• You have experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, or supplier development for at least 2 years.
• You are accustomed to contract negotiations and supplier management.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are available to start in mid-June.
