We are now looking for even more System Architects to join the Tobii family!

As our System Architect, you will be part of our ambitious system team and play a key role in many different projects. You will also have the chance to work with all of our teams on the Tobii Tech platform, realizing ideas and technical solutions.

The role and responsibilities

In this role, you will work tightly with project managers and product owners and act as the key technical advisor in various projects.

You will meet with people from all across Tobii and work closely with different project disciplines such as optronics, algorithms, firmware, mechanics, electronics, operations, and software.

Your days will be filled with

• Coordinating team efforts, e.g., helping to plan agile work and set sprint goals
• Finding solutions between technical feasibility and customer needs
• Supporting the organization by identifying needs that overlap different teams or competence groups
• Specifying system requirements for the product
• Being part of the project steering group and attending customer meetings
• Influencing the future of human-machine interaction – by meeting with customers and working closely with management and other business units.

Who we are looking for

To be successful in this role and at Tobii, we believe that you

• Have at least 5 years of work experience in one or several of the following areas: System development, optronics, algorithms, firmware development, mechatronics, and/or eye tracking development
• Have a sharp mind and a curious, flexible, and communicative mindset. For this position, personality is key!
• Have an M.Sc. in Physics, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent
