About the Meeting Booker role

Our client offers visit booking services that help the client's salespeople, especially pharmaceutical consultants, to have an efficient and structured day in the field.

As a meeting booker, you play a central role in ensuring that the client's salespeople get the best start to their day by scheduling meetings with their most important customers.

Working hours are during weekdays, daytime, full-time, starting in August.

You will be employed by Jefferson Wells for 4 months and then transition to employment with the client.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a service-oriented and prompt manner
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions maintain high quality and provide a positive experience
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documenting customer cases in relevant systems

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who have a natural sense for service and thrive in a role where you have daily contact with customers. You are a positive person who communicates easily and solves problems, and you like working towards clear goals. To succeed in the role of customer service representative, we see that you have previous experience in service professions and are comfortable handling multiple cases simultaneously.

We are looking for you who:

  • Have a high school diploma
  • Have very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Are outgoing and have a positive attitude
  • Are not afraid to reach out to new people and solve their problems
  • Have previous experience in service or customer service
  • Enjoy working towards set goals and deadlines
