Attendo Liljanshöjden is a newly built special housing facility located in Bredäng. We have a total of 62 places distributed across six wards; two wards have a somatic focus and four wards have a dementia focus. At Attendo Liljanshöjden, we work based on the concept of culture and entertainment, which means we work extensively with activities.

Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work on an as-needed basis, as this is an on-call employment.

As a nursing assistant, your main task is to work with the care of our clients, with simpler cleaning and cooking duties included. You should be able to work in a team as well as independently. We work in teams with nursing assistants, nurses, rehabilitation staff, group leaders, and operations managers.

We have new clients who need care and are now expanding our pleasant team of employees with more nursing assistants. It is an advantage if you have experience from care work in elderly care as well as delegation.

We are looking for you with a nursing assistant education and experience in care work.

You enjoy providing good service, building nice relationships, and want to give quality of life to our clients. You are an independent, humble, and responsible person who is passionate about caring for the elderly and can see the individual's needs. Having a supervisory role is stimulating, and you like to mentor your colleagues in health and medical issues.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.

• Professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare or a certificate from current/former employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written).

• Good computer skills/computer literacy.
