EMP Engineering AB is an expanding and innovative engineering company that provides qualified consulting services in product development, mechanics, machine safety, electrical safety, and automation to technology-intensive companies in Sweden. We perform consulting assignments on-site at our customers' premises as well as full project responsibility from our office in Falun.

Your Background

• We highly value your personality and look for someone with a positive, structured, flexible, driven, and proactive mindset.
• You possess strong communication and influencing skills to meet and build trust with people at various organizational levels.
• As you will be part of an environment where both Swedish and English are mandatory, both in speech and writing.
• You hold a university degree at the bachelor's or master's level, preferably in health and safety, environment, sustainability, or a related field. A lack of formal education can be compensated by longer relevant experience and documented achievements.
• Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, audits, and improvement work.
• Good knowledge of HSE legislation, management systems, and internal regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of Swedish legislation within the HSE area.
