Are you ready to develop within the fund and finance industry?

We are currently looking for a meticulous and analytical person for an exciting consulting assignment within the fund and finance sector. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while deepening your knowledge of funds and other financial instruments.

In this role, you will work closely with fund companies and institutional clients, responsible for controls and follow-ups related to the depositary's tasks. You will also plan and conduct meetings with institutional clients, which may involve business travel.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent, in Law, Finance, or Economics.
• Previous experience with financial instruments and funds/fund administration.
• Good knowledge of laws and regulations concerning Swedish fund companies, primarily UCITS and AIFMD.
• Very good communication skills in both Swedish and English, both verbal and written, as the role involves collaboration with colleagues in the Baltic region.
• An analytical, structured, and meticulous working style, along with the ability to work independently towards the fund companies you are responsible for controlling.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience from a depositary and work with UCITS and/or AIF managers, as this contributes to a deeper understanding of the controls performed within the operations.
