About the role

In this role, you are a salesperson in the Landlord team, targeting housing associations with a focus on creating new business. You work from contact lists and actively make cold calls to book meetings. You interact with boards and decision-makers, driving the dialogue from first contact to closure. The role requires you to be confident on the phone, resilient, and motivated by creating business from scratch.

In this role, you will:

  • engage in outbound sales via phone
  • contact housing associations from existing lists
  • book meetings and advance business opportunities
  • identify needs and present solutions
  • be responsible for the entire sales process from first contact to closure

You work systematically in CRM, following up on your activities and deals on an ongoing basis.

This is a direct recruitment, meaning you will be employed directly by Bredband2, while StudentConsulting handles the recruitment process. The position is full-time based in Malmö and starts with a probationary period.
