Job Description Background and Assignment Description

Data and telecommunications are transmitted through the organization's nationwide optical communication network between its approximately 250 facilities, as well as data centers and control centers. The communication network is a business-critical part of the organization and places high demands on availability, stability, and structured change management.

The network is subject to continuous changes that are handled according to established change management processes. Against this background, the Infrastructure Services unit is seeking a project manager and change manager who can support the team in planning, coordinating, and implementing IT-related changes in a controlled and quality-assured manner.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring a structured implementation of changes in close collaboration with technical specialists, administration, project operations, and other relevant parties. In addition, you support the administration management by leading smaller assignments and working with change management and continuous improvement of methods and processes within the unit.

The assignment involves leading and coordinating smaller IT-related change initiatives within the unit to ensure a structured, business-close, and appropriate implementation. You are responsible for planning, driving, and anchoring changes, as well as supporting the unit in the introduction of new or changed processes and working methods.

The assignment is carried out in close cooperation with the unit's employees and other relevant functions, where a solution-focused and collaborative working approach is central.

Responsibilities

Within the framework of the assignment, the consultant shall:

• drive and lead smaller assignments within the unit
• be responsible for planning, implementation, and follow-up of change initiatives
• lead and coordinate work related to IT changes
• ensure structure, progress, and delivery
• contribute to prioritization dialogue with administration managers

Preliminary start date: 2026-10-01

End date: Latest until 2030-09-30

Scope: Estimated to be 100 percent.

Location: The client's office in Sundbyberg. The work is to be performed 100% on-site.

Security clearance: Security clearance and register check are required.
