We are now looking for a Coordination Manager within Packaging Automation – a central and business-critical role where you become the link between the customer, the supplier, and our sales team.

As a Coordination Manager, you are responsible for driving and coordinating automation solutions for our customers, with the goal of creating optimal and value-adding holistic solutions. The role involves working closely with Account Managers, customers, and external automation suppliers, from the initial customer dialogue and needs analysis to the fully implemented solution. You are the one who translates business opportunities into technical solutions and ensures that all parties are synchronized throughout the process.

In your daily work, this means participating in customer meetings to identify needs, developing and recommending machine solutions in collaboration with suppliers and internal functions, as well as developing layout proposals, quotations, and technical specifications. You act as a project-leading coordinator, drive progress, and support the sales organization in technical matters, business dialogues, and negotiations. At the same time, you represent DS Smith in contact with suppliers and keep yourself updated on developments within packaging and automation.

In this role, your task is clear: to ensure that our customers experience DS Smith as a leading partner in innovative and efficient packaging solutions. Through a structured approach, strong business focus, and technical understanding, you contribute to developing existing businesses, identifying new opportunities, and highlighting the value we create.

About You

We believe you have a post-secondary education or equivalent experience and have worked in a customer-facing role, for example within technical sales, project management, or similar, preferably within industry, production, or automation. You are used to working independently, thrive in a coordinating role with many contact points, and have the ability to drive several parallel processes forward.

You combine technical understanding with a business mindset and find it easy to build trust, both internally and externally. If you have knowledge of how corrugated board and packaging technology works, we see this as highly meritorious.

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
