Do you have a passion for the art of ramen? Do you love the craftsmanship behind a perfect broth and precise noodles? We are now looking for an engaged and skilled Ramen Chef to join our team.
About the Role
As our new Ramen Chef, you will be the heart of our kitchen. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Cooking rich, flavorful broths from scratch (e.g., Tonkotsu, Shoyu, Shio).
- Preparing toppings such as chashu, ajitama eggs, and infused oils.
- Assembling and serving piping hot ramen with high precision.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety.
Who We Are Looking For
- Experience: Professional kitchen experience (preferably with Asian cuisine or ramen).
- Technique: Proficient knife skills and an understanding of timing in a fast-paced environment.
- Attributes: Resilient under pressure, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
