About the role

We are now looking for an engaged project manager for an international technology company with operations in Linköping. Here you are offered an independent and developing role where you work closely with customers, development teams, and international partners.

As a project manager, you are responsible for driving delivery projects within both hardware and software, from initiation to completion. You work closely with the organization's various functions and play a central role in ensuring quality and customer satisfaction throughout the entire project process.

Your responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

• Plan, initiate, drive, and close projects from start to finish
• Coordinate internal and external resources, including subcontractors
• Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with customers and build long-term relationships
• Ensure customer needs are followed up and evaluated into practical and technical solutions
• Be responsible for project processes, specifications, and project documentation
• Identify opportunities for upselling and development among existing customers

You work primarily from the office in Linköping but will also visit customers and participate in coordination meetings at the parent company in Germany a few times a year. Travel within Sweden also occurs in the position.

We are looking for you who

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in project management, delivery projects, or requirements analysis. You have a good understanding of project control and thrive in a role where technology, structure, and customer contact meet.

We believe you have:

• Experience in driving projects and coordinating resources
• Good administrative and organizational skills
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• A valid driver's license (Category B)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with software projects or software development
• Understanding of technical solutions and systems
• An academic education in a relevant field
• Knowledge of German
