About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Rank, you will become a central part of our growth journey. You will be responsible for building and developing your own client portfolio, focusing on long-term business relationships. The role is both strategic and operational, involving booking and conducting meetings, identifying customer needs, and offering solutions that make a difference and deliver concrete results.
You will also work closely with the company's two founders, gaining significant opportunities to influence both your own development and the company's continued growth. For the right person, there is also the possibility of taking on a leadership role within the sales team in the future.
Your Main Responsibilities
- Build and develop your own client portfolio with recurring customers
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and initial contact to meetings, follow-ups, and closing deals
- Create long-term customer relationships and ensure that Rank's offerings meet customer needs
- Work in an advisory capacity, helping companies choose the right digital marketing strategy
- Contribute to strengthening Rank's market position and driving our shared growth journey forward
We are looking for someone who
- Has a genuine interest in sales and business development
- Is social, self-motivated, and has an easy ability to build trust
- Thrives in a results-oriented environment and enjoys challenging yourself
- Is fearless, competitive, and has strong drive
- Has a sense for service and always strives to deliver the highest quality
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English
Previous experience in sales, particularly in B2B or digital marketing, is advantageous but not required. We will train you in both sales techniques and marketing solutions.
