Your Responsibilities

You will work broadly within building automation and be involved in both projects and the development of the automation business.

Examples of responsibilities include:

• Programming and commissioning of PLC and DUC systems
• Design of control panels and technical solutions
• Renovation and updating of equipment cabinets
• Project support and coordination in smaller projects
• Dialogue with customers, installers, and suppliers
• Influencing technology choices and future working methods
• Supporting and sharing knowledge with colleagues in the team

Key Information

You will be based out of our office in Stockholm and become part of RSI Brand & Styr, which is part of the SVAB Group. The team currently consists of four technicians. You will report to the Managing Director of RSI Brand & Styr. The business is in an expansion phase with clear growth targets within automation.

The role is broad and will initially be shaped together with the business. This means you will have the opportunity to influence both your daily work and how the automation business is built moving forward. Projects vary between service assignments, renovations, and contracts within commercial properties, municipalities, and residential projects.

Our Expectations

This is a role for someone who is already confident in building automation and wants to take greater technical responsibility in projects and customer assignments. You will work close to installations, customers, and colleagues, and we would appreciate your experience in technical solutions, commissioning, and improving working methods.

We are looking for someone who has:

• Several years of experience in building automation, control and regulation, or a related field
• Good experience in programming, commissioning, or configuring PLC and/or DUC systems
• Experience troubleshooting, optimizing, and commissioning technical solutions in existing or new installations
• Ability to work customer-facing and take responsibility for technical solutions in dialogue with customers, installers, or project managers
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Good proficiency in Swedish (both spoken and written)

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with Beckhoff, Saia, Bastec, or similar manufacturers
• Experience designing control panels or working with equipment cabinets
• Experience coordinating smaller projects or technical sub-tasks
• Interest in taking on a leading role in the future, such as specialist, leading technician, or team leader
