The Department of Neurology is a highly specialized clinic with regional responsibility for the entire South-Eastern Healthcare Region. The clinic includes a ward with an acute neurology unit, a stroke unit, a highly specialized investigation unit, and a monitoring unit. Additionally, there are two clinics (at the University Hospital and Vrinnevi Hospital) as well as a neuromuscular laboratory. The clinic has approximately 155 employees. We work in sections with different diagnostic groups and actively engage in development and improvement work.

Job Description
As a healthcare administrator with us, you will be part of the administrative unit consisting of 14 healthcare administrators. We can offer you a fun, stimulating, and varied job with fantastic colleagues where you can develop and thrive! There is an opportunity to work remotely.
About You
We are looking for you with healthcare administrator education or equivalent education with experience in the profession. It is meritorious if you have worked with booking, statistics, Dokumenta, and referral handling. The position requires good knowledge of the Office package and IT administrative systems common in healthcare, such as Cosmic. You have an easy time expressing yourself in speech and writing, preferably also in English.
We are looking for you who are engaged and proactive. You are good at collaborating, listening, and communicating as this is a position with many contacts both within and outside the clinic. You see opportunities instead of obstacles and adapt easily to changed circumstances. Of course, you are organized and understand the importance of good planning and documentation. Great importance will be placed on personal qualities and social competence.
Application and Employment
This is a full-time temporary position starting from September 1st for one year, with a possible opportunity for extension.
