Markverkstad Skövde is a department within FMTS Markverkstad with 210 employees. We perform maintenance on the Swedish Armed Forces' ground equipment and deliver technical system support. This includes maintenance in the form of supervision, repairs, manufacturing, dismantling/scraping, modifications, operational support, technical adaptation, and equipment inspection. You will belong to the Component Refurbishment Detail and work together with a team coordinator and 26 other employees.

The position is a replacement recruitment for a person who has moved on to another role. The division of tasks will be based on experience and competence.

Job Responsibilities

As a team coordinator, you coordinate, lead, and distribute the daily work within the work team based on the directives specified by your immediate supervisor and our business management system. You are responsible for carrying out preparation, supporting production planning, and reporting on completed production.

You lead the employees in your team in their daily work, which primarily consists of repairing and maintaining the Swedish Armed Forces' equipment, and you may also need to support work in production. You are expected to have daily dialogue with various technical handlers regarding various priorities in the operation.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

• You have at least a two- or three-year upper secondary education with a focus on technology or similar, or other education/competence acquired through professional experience that the employer considers equivalent.
• Current experience in similar work
• Computer proficiency with knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Category B driver's license

As a person, you enjoy working with people and are driven by motivating employees through goal-oriented management. Since the work largely involves leading and distributing tasks as well as follow-up, you need to be confident in planning and structuring tasks. At the same time, you must be able to handle changes and be solution-oriented, as conditions can sometimes change quickly. The role involves close collaboration with the current team coordinator, manager, and team coordinators in other details; therefore, we place high demands on your ability to collaborate and your way of communicating with others. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude towards work and the operation. You value good leadership and wish to continue developing in this area.

Merits

• Work experience in electrical work, for example as a vehicle or service electrician
• Experience in a leadership role
• Experience working with the Swedish Armed Forces' equipment and vehicles.
