As a Press Brake Operator at DEFAB, you will play a key role in production, working with setting up and operating press brakes, as well as manufacturing in small to medium-sized series. The role also involves reading technical drawings, quality control, and ongoing problem-solving, where your technical understanding and experience become a vital part of daily operations.

This is a role for you if you want to take responsibility and be involved in the development of production. You will have the opportunity to influence working methods, contribute improvement ideas, and be part of the company's journey towards a more modern and efficient production process.

We are looking for you who have several years of experience as a press brake operator and are accustomed to working independently with press braking in sheet metal processing. You have a good understanding of reading technical drawings, material handling, and quality assurance, and you are confident in setting up and operating press brake machines.

You are meticulous, responsible, and have a technical interest with the ability to find effective solutions in daily work. We would like you to be used to working at a high pace without compromising on quality.

As a person, you are self-motivated but also a team player who thrives in a smaller organization where collaboration, flexibility, and engagement are important parts of everyday life.
