Female Personal Assistant Needed with a Big Heart for a 23-Year-Old in Hille near Gävle

We are looking for female personal assistants with big hearts who want to work as personal assistants for a 23-year-old young woman.

The job is based at our client's home, where she lives in a rural area in Hille, outside of Gävle. She needs help with most aspects of life, and as her assistant, you will be her arms, legs, voice, and support to help her live her life to the fullest. As an assistant, you will also help with hygiene, feeding, physiotherapy, and communication training. There are some heavy lifts involved, so good physical fitness is important.

The ideal candidate is a calm, secure, and responsible woman who possesses qualities such as patience, empathy, and joy. Experience in personal assistance is not a requirement, but it is certainly an asset. With good chemistry, engagement, and a willingness to learn, you will go far.

Our requirements include being a non-smoker, responsible, reliable, and tidy, as well as having good Swedish skills in both speech and writing. Our client lives in a small house on her parents' farm, and it is important to mention that there are dogs in the home. Since the family lives in a rural area in Hille outside of Gävle, having a driver's license and a car is preferred, as the distance to the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km.

Shifts are scheduled for afternoons/nights, starting at 14:45, with a 5-hour on-call duty during the night, ending at 08:45. You will work 24-hour shifts every other weekend, scheduled between 09:30 and 09:30. When on leave from your daily activities, the shifts are scheduled differently.

We are currently looking for staff who can start with an introduction as soon as possible. We are looking for both permanent staff and hourly workers who are worth their weight in gold.
