About the role

LTC Services is an IT company that takes full responsibility for its customers' IT functions, infrastructure, and security. This includes support, operations, and preventive work on business-critical systems and applications, networks, and data communication, as well as digital protection against intrusions and viruses. The role involves working with customers' IT environments – both remotely and on-site at the customer's location. Therefore, we are looking for someone who thrives in a role where technical competence, service, and collaboration are at the center.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will work together with other technicians and take responsibility for solving technical problems and optimizing IT solutions for several different customers. You will often be on-site at the customer's location, but remote work is also part of the job. Tasks vary from troubleshooting and support to project participation and consulting.

You will have a varied daily routine where you sometimes work with colleagues on projects and sometimes together or independently within operations, troubleshooting, and support. Your tasks will include:

• Helping LTC's customers with support cases, including troubleshooting and resolution
• Configuration and installation of Microsoft 365, client computers, and other IT equipment
• Participating in projects aimed at improving the IT environment and security

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working with technical support, preferably for multiple companies and IT environments simultaneously
• Have experience as a global admin configuring Microsoft 365 (security settings, conditional access, Exchange)
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Have fluent proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience or knowledge in servers and/or network infrastructure is considered an asset.
