Your Responsibilities

As our new property technician, you will be part of our family-like team in Örebro. Here, you will be responsible for the maintenance of our residential properties in central Örebro and Södra Ladugårdsängen/Sörbyängen. You will handle daily operations, ensuring everything functions correctly and looks good, both inside and outside the building. The role involves tasks of both a simpler and more advanced nature, which you plan and carry out independently. Major repairs or adjustments are planned and ordered in consultation with the technical property manager.

An important part of your work is receiving, planning, addressing, and following up on service cases from our tenants. You work closely with our customers to ensure a customer experience characterized by care and engagement. Satisfied customers are crucial for our continued development and competitiveness.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Contact with tenants and handling service reports.
• Contact with suppliers and contractors.
• Ongoing supervision and maintenance of the property.
• Troubleshooting and minor repairs in the property.

Your placement will be at Lundbergs Fastigheter's office in Örebro, where you will be part of a group of four people. You will report to our Property Manager.

Your Profile

To thrive and be successful in this role, we believe you have a few years of work experience, preferably within property maintenance or another relevant area. Perhaps you have worked in customer service or in a trade profession. It is an advantage if you have experience working with electricity or plumbing (HVAC/plumbing). We will place great emphasis on your personality – for us, it is very important that we get along and have fun together. With curiosity and a willingness to learn and help each other, we believe the right person can grow into the role.

We believe you are described as a practical and responsible person who enjoys collaborating and helping out. You are solution-oriented and proactive, with a good ability to plan and structure your work. Above all, you are a positive person who likes to help people. You will work in our business system Microsoft Dynamics and several other technical systems and applications, and it is an advantage if you are technically inclined.

The position requires a B driver's license, fluent Swedish (written and spoken), and some knowledge of English.
