Your next challenge

As an Internal Communicator with us, you will have a broad role where you work both strategically and operationally within Holmen Board and Paper. You contribute to strengthening engagement, culture, and understanding of the business, while also helping to develop our employer brand.

You work closely with managers, management teams, HR, and external partners. The role involves many contact points and significant autonomy, where you drive communication initiatives from idea to publication and support the business in communicative matters. Your main responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing communication plans that support the business's goals
• Creating and publishing content in text, image, and video for various channels
• Supporting HR, managers, and the business in change communication and employer branding

In addition to this, you plan events and activities, adapt messages to different target groups, and make complex information clear and relevant. The work also includes coordinating external suppliers and participating in internal communication forums, where you represent the business area.

To succeed in the role

We are looking for you who have broad communication competence and thrive in a business-close role where creativity meets structure. You are proactive, work independently, and are good at building trusting relationships.

For the role, we would like you to have:

• Post-secondary education in communication or equivalent
• At least three years of experience in qualified communication work
• Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
• Good knowledge of relevant Adobe tools

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Change communication or project management
• Supporting managers or working in larger organizations or industry
• Employer branding and HR communication
