Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have experience in accounting and thrive in a role where structure and responsibility are combined with a service-oriented and client-close approach. You are confident in your daily work and appreciate close collaborations both internally and externally.

Requirements and qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting
• Good knowledge of ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, VAT, and taxes
• Experience with accounting systems, preferably Fortnox and/or Visma
• Good communication skills and comfortable with client contact
• Experience from an accounting firm is a plus.

We believe you are meticulous, responsible, and structured. You are service-oriented and have an easy time building relationships, while also being curious and appreciating collaboration and discussing solutions with colleagues.

What does the role entail?

As an accounting consultant, you work broadly and closely with your clients' businesses. You become a key contact person in the daily cooperation and have the opportunity to develop within both client relations and ongoing accounting work.

Examples of tasks:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and coding
• Supplier and customer accounts, as well as payments and invoicing
• Account reconciliation
• VAT reporting and periodic summaries
• Monthly reconciliations and preparatory year-end closing
• Ongoing client contact and work with efficient routines.
