We are currently looking for production staff who want to join our client's team in food production this summer, with good prospects for extension into the autumn. What does the role offer?

In the role of production staff member with our client, you will monitor food production, prepare materials and ingredients, and perform quality control. The role also involves reporting quality deviations and ensuring that products maintain a high standard. In such an environment, it is crucial to follow production instructions and safety regulations carefully. You are expected to contribute to maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Conditions:

• Working hours will vary depending on the department and tasks. Both two-shift and day-shift systems are used.
• The position is full-time between weeks 25-33, with good prospects for extension into the autumn.

Who are you?

To thrive in the role of production staff member, we believe you enjoy participating actively in the work team and communicating effectively with colleagues. You have the ability to follow instructions and routines, you are meticulous, and attentive to detail. This is a physical role where heavier lifting may occur. Experience in food production or a related field is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• At least 18 years of age and completed upper secondary education.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food production.
• Previous experience in warehousing/production.
