DHL Freight is now looking for more employees for its Parcel Locker team at its headquarters in Solna. The team is responsible for the development and operation of DHL Freight's parcel locker network in Sweden and works with the entire chain – from establishment and deployment to follow-up, operation, and further development of the network.

Responsibilities

As a Parcel Locker Specialist, you will become part of the team responsible for DHL's parcel locker network in Sweden. The role is broad and involves working with both the establishment, coordination, and development of the network. Initially, the focus is on identifying and establishing new locations for parcel lockers, with the goal of evolving over time into greater responsibility within operation, follow-up, and optimization of the network. You will work closely with your team but also have significant personal responsibility and good opportunities to influence and develop in the role.

Examples of tasks:

  • Identify and evaluate suitable locations for new parcel lockers.
  • Contact and collaborate with municipalities, property owners, and retail actors.
  • Coordinate the deployment and launch of new parcel lockers.
  • Ensure smooth operation and handle deviations in the network.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and contribute to improving the network's efficiency and customer experience.
  • Participate in the development and optimization of DHL's parcel locker concept.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • High school education.
  • At least three years of work experience in the transport and logistics industry.
  • Good knowledge of the Office package.
  • Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Advantageous with experience in parcel lockers, parcel distribution, or related operations.
