• Have experience from hotels or reception work (preferably nights).

Job Responsibilities

As a Front Office Night Agent (Night Receptionist) at Hjortviken Country Club, you are the one keeping the hotel alive during the night. You handle guests checking in late, answer questions, manage emails and phone calls, and ensure that all routines run smoothly. You ensure that the hotel is safe and ready for a new day – for both guests and colleagues.

The work may also include some practical tasks, such as preparing meeting rooms or checking common areas. Every night is a little different – and that is exactly what makes the job so fun.

About the Position

Employment type: Permanent Night Receptionist (Full-time)

Start date and salary: Salary according to agreement and immediate start.
