Business Systems Analyst (Supply Chain & ERP)

Do you want to work close to the business operations and be a key player in improving and developing business systems within supply chain? We are now looking for a Business Systems Analyst who is passionate about understanding business processes and translating them into smart system solutions.

About the role

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work at the intersection of business and IT, focusing on optimizing and developing ERP-related processes within supply chain and logistics. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders where you analyze needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive changes in the system environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure ERP systems (NetSuite)
• Act as first-line support for the business within supply chain and operations
• Participate in onboarding to a new backend and integration platform
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
• Work with and improve integrations between ERP and third-party systems
• Ensure efficient interaction between different systems and business processes

Technical Environment

• ERP: NetSuite (custom implementation)
• Integrations: MuleSoft and Celigo
• Some exposure to JavaScript (simple scripting/customization)
• Java is a plus but not a requirement

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Systems Analyst
• Has worked close to the business, preferably within supply chain, logistics, or fulfillment
• Has experience with ERP systems and system-related projects
• Has a good understanding of systems, integrations, and business processes
• Thrives in a role where you collaborate with both business, IT, and external vendors

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP implementations or migrations
• Experience from logistics or supply chain environments
