About the role

As a foreman, you play a key role in our projects. You are responsible for leading and planning the daily work on the construction site and ensuring that everything runs according to plan – with quality, efficiency, and safety in focus. You will:

• Lead and coordinate staff and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the site manager to drive projects forward.
• Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of project quality, economy, purchasing, and schedules.
• Help create safe, sustainable environments for the people who will live and work in what we build.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience from the construction industry and have worked as a foreman on projects in the range of 50–200 million SEK. You have good technical and quality understanding, and are equally comfortable with administration as with production. You have at least 4–5 years of experience as a foreman and thrive in the role. Very good salary conditions can be offered to the right person!
