RESPONSIBILITIES

You are warmly welcome to apply as a nursing assistant (undersköterska) at Sturegården's dementia care facility!

We are looking for you who want to be involved in providing good care and support to our residents. In the role of nursing assistant with us, you have the opportunity to create the best living environment for our residents from a person-centered approach. You work with care and professionalism in collaboration with the rest of the team and in close contact with our residents. This also involves working for good cooperation with other professional groups and relatives.

Main responsibilities include: Meeting the residents' individual needs for care and support, performing delegated healthcare interventions according to the Health and Medical Services Act, documentation, and service tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Healthcare and Social Care program or Nursing Assistant education.
• Experience with dementia and elderly care is meritorious.
• You are confident in documenting in and using various systems required for the work.
• You master the Swedish language in speech and writing, as the work involves contact with residents, relatives, documentation, and reading of information relevant to the work.
• Knowledge and experience in medication management and having had medication delegation is meritorious.
• A B-class driver's license is meritorious.

Employment type: Summer job / Holiday work.
Duration: 11 days - 3 months.
