About the role

As a retail sales assistant at Dahl, you will have a varied role involving customer service, sales, and order processing. You will assist customers with orders and product inquiries, keep the store well-stocked, and contribute to a professional and welcoming environment.

You will work closely with two colleagues in Kiruna and become an important part of the operation. Here, we appreciate individuals who take responsibility, help out where needed, and contribute to the good atmosphere in the store. We believe you enjoy working closely with both customers and colleagues and thrive in an environment where relationships are built over time.

Examples of tasks:

• Customer service and sales in the store
• Order writing and order processing
• Goods reception and restocking
• Maintenance of the store and assortment
• Upselling and customer contact
• Contribute to customer meetings and activities in the store

We are looking for you who

Are service-oriented, responsible, and thrive in a role where collaboration is a natural part of the work. You like to have order and structure around you and enjoy taking responsibility and getting things done.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in service, retail, or sales
• Good computer literacy
• Fluent Swedish
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Experience from the plumbing/HVAC industry is a plus, but not a requirement
