As a Production Technician at Hydal Components, you will have a varied daily routine where you both develop processes and work practically in the workshop. Here, technology, responsibility, and proximity to production are combined in a smaller company with short decision-making paths.

About the role

As a Production Technician at Hydal Components, you will have a broad and varied role where you work close to production with a focus on CNC machining, improvement work, and technical development. The role combines practical workshop work with production technology and involves significant personal responsibility in daily operations. You will work with CNC programming, preparation, and commissioning of new parts into production. The work also includes setting up and tuning machines, creating production documentation, and designing and adapting tools and fixtures. CAD work in Inventor is a natural part of everyday life, and you will play a key role in ensuring efficient and quality-assured manufacturing processes.

The role is very close to the workshop and involves daily contact with operators and production. One day might be about troubleshooting and solving problems in the workshop, while the next might be about developing working methods, improving flows, or creating technical documentation and instructions.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have experience from the manufacturing industry and a good understanding of CNC machining and production technology work. You have likely worked as a production technician, CNC technician, setter, or in a similar technical role where you were close to production and used to solving problems in practice.

To succeed in the role, we would like you to have experience with CNC programming, reading drawings, and working in CAD/CAM environments. If you have previously worked in, for example, Fanuc, Edgecam, or Inventor, it is an advantage.

As a person, you are curious, self-initiating, and solution-oriented. You thrive in an environment where the pace is sometimes high and where you are expected to take responsibility, drive issues forward, and find solutions together with the business. We also believe that you are unpretentious, communicative, and enjoy working close to both colleagues and production.

Requirements for the position:

• Good experience of CNC machining and CNC programming
• Swedish in speech and writing

• Experience with robot programming and automation
