We are currently looking for a Production Manager for an exciting assignment within the manufacturing industry. The assignment starts as a consulting solution with good opportunities for transition into employment with the client.

You will work in a high-quality production environment with advanced processes and high demands on quality, safety, and compliance. The operations are characterized by structure, precision, and a strong focus on continuous improvement.

The production is organized into several teams, where you as a Production Manager will have overall responsibility for one of these. You work closely with other leaders in the organization and report to the responsible manager.

Examples of tasks:

As a Production Manager, you have a broad and varied assignment with a focus on both operations and people:

• Lead and distribute daily work in production
• Ensure correct staffing and competence within the team
• Drive the development of both employees and working methods
• Be responsible for the work environment, including safety rounds and follow-ups
• Conduct employee interviews, workplace meetings, and other personnel-related activities
• Actively contribute to improvement and development projects

We are looking for you who are a confident and present leader with the ability to create engagement and structure in everyday life. You are driven by developing both people and operations, and thrive in a role where you can combine operational responsibility with leadership.

You are communicative, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, with a natural aptitude for building relationships and creating a positive work climate.

To succeed in the role, you need to have:

• Experience leading large groups of personnel
• Experience in staffing planning and daily management of production
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
• Post-secondary education in engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent is meritorious
• Experience from regulated operations (e.g., pharmaceuticals, food, or similar) is meritorious
