What you do in your daily work
Sell and advise customers on mobile subscriptions and broadband solutions
Work with campaigns, premium services, and strong brands such as Tre, etc.
Use the industry's sharpest tools: Dialer, Retailer, Slack, Geckoboard
Part of a team with daily follow-up and development, with a strong focus on performance

In the role of salesperson with us, you sell smart subscription solutions via phone – supported by industry-leading systems, clear processes, and continuous coaching.
Your journey begins with new customer sales (B2C) – where, in your daily work, you contact private individuals, present market-leading offers, and further develop your sales skills within our structure.
With strong results, the next level opens up: you move to existing customers – a segment with higher conversion, stronger relationships, and greater revenue potential.
The road forward does not end there. For those who deliver top results, there is an opportunity to step into B2B sales – with corporate clients, more complex deals, and even higher commissions.

What we offer
Employment: 100% full-time, starting with a 6-month probationary period, followed by a permanent contract
Working hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 – no late evenings or weekends
Salary: Secure salary model with a base salary of 20,000 SEK. Commission is paid when it exceeds the base salary.
Training: Mandatory basic training in product information and sales techniques

Bonuses: Ongoing monthly bonuses and annual bonuses
Travel competitions: 2 trips per year – previous destinations include Dubai, Málaga, and Morocco
