Your future team
My name is Olle Eliasson, and I will be your direct manager. You will report directly to me, who is responsible for Kraftringen's Customer Center, where we bring together sales, marketing, customer service, and digital customer interfaces. You will become part of a team of approximately seven people, working to create the conditions for a fantastic customer experience for Kraftringen's customers. You will collaborate with other roles within customer journey, CRM, and digital customer interfaces that are critical to Kraftringen and its customers.
Your role with us
We are looking for an analytical and operational person who wants to work with customer data, customer behavior, and the practical improvement of customer journeys.
The role is central and close to operations, and you will work closely with the Customer Journey Manager and the business operations. Together, you form a partnership where the Customer Journey Manager drives the improvement agenda, priorities, and change within the organization, while you contribute with data-driven customer insights, system understanding, and operational improvement work.
The role ensures that customer data and insights do not remain in systems or analyses, but are used to improve how we explain, guide, and help our customers in their daily lives.
Your responsibilities include among other things:
- Analyzing customer and behavioral data
- Identifying patterns, friction points, and opportunities for improvement in customer journeys
- Translating insights into concrete improvements in customer journeys and customer communication
- Working with Microsoft Customer Insight
- Driving continuous improvement in daily operations by testing, measuring, and adjusting
In this role, you use communication as a tool for improvement. You are creative and can produce customer-centric texts that explain, guide, and help the customer in various situations.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who has their own drive, is analytical and structured, but also curious about people, behaviors, and motivations. You enjoy understanding why customers act the way they do, not just what they do.
Your creative and communicative side helps you find better ways to explain, simplify, and help customers based on data and insights. You feel comfortable formulating messages both internally and externally.
If you are also operationally minded and like to do and see results that bring actual change, we believe you would fit very well into our team.
To succeed in the role, we see that you have:
- Relevant academic education, for example in: systems science, industrial economics, information systems, data/analytics, or a technical focus
- A few years of experience from an analytical, system-oriented, or business-oriented role
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Experience working with data, CRM, and analysis tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI)
- Experience with Microsoft Customer Insight
- Worked in a digitally driven business, e.g., e-commerce
